DCCC Video Knocks Jesse Kelly For Saying He Would Eliminate Medicare

A new Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) television ad is hitting Arizona House GOP candidate Jesse Kelly for saying he would eliminate Medicare.

“I don’t think it’s right for Jesse Kelly and people to decide that I don’t get my Medicare that I’ve been paying for,” says Noel Hatfield, a construction worker.

Kelly is slated to take on former Gabby Giffords aide Ron Barber in a special election on June 12.

Update: A source tells TPM that DCCC reserved $473,000 in television advertising in Arizona’s 8th district for this election. The ad above is the second they have now run.
