Fighting to hold on to former Rep. Gabriel Gifford’s House seat in Arizona’s 8th District, the DCCC is up with a new had hitting Republican nominee Jesse Kelly. The ad zeroes in on Kelly’s preference for privatizing and scaling back entitlement including Social Security and Medicare — a main Democratic attack. A Democratic source says the ad buy is $150,000.
Kelly is running against former Giffords aide Ron Barber. The election is June 12.
