The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee certainly hasn’t forgotten Jack Abramoff, and they want to ensure that the average voter doesn’t either.
“Republican super-lobbyist Jack Abramoff was a key player in convicted former Republican Leader Tom DeLay’s Culture of Corruption,” a page on the DCCC site reads. “Now that he’s out of federal prison, he’s trying to re-write history with a new book and media tour. Don’t let him!”
The site asks supporters to sign a petition to show their support for defeating “ethically-challenged Republicans in 2012.”
