David Corn Wins George Polk Award For Reporting On Romney’s ’47 Percent’ Video

Mother Jones Washington Bureau Chief David Corn has won a George Polk Award for unearthing a video in which Mitt Romney claimed “47 percent” of the country is dependent on the federal government.

Long Island University announced the awards Monday. The New York Times and Bloomberg News also won for their reporting on corruption in China.
