Obama senior campaign adviser David Axelrod on “Morning Joe” Friday made good on his promise to shave his mustache after raising more than $1 million for Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy. The “Slash the ‘Stache” fundraising effort began with a $10,000 donation from “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough and attracted 2,588 donors.
