American Crossroads, the Karl Rove-affiliated super PAC, is debuting a new web video targeted at women voters. The new video uses a strategy the Romney campaign used this spring, arguing that the real war on women is being waged by Obama, under whom women have suffered high unemployment rates.
“There is a war on women in America,” reads an email from the Crossroads, “and it’s being waged by President Obama’s job-killing economic policies.”
Politico’s Mike Allen writes that Republicans are excited about the video and that it might become a “key ad.”
