CNN will air 90-minute documentaries on both President Obama and Mitt Romney before the parties’ respective national political conventions, the network announced Wednesday.
CNN secured interviews with both candidates, as well as top advisers to both men. The Romney documentary, titled “Romney Revealed: Family, Faith, and the Road to Power, will air Sunday, August 26 at 8 p.m. ET. CNN’s Gloria Borger reports on the documentary. The Obama documentary, titled “Obama Revealed: The Man, The President,” will air Monday, September 3 at 8 p.m. ET. CNN’s White House correspondent Jessica Yellin reports on that documentary.
MSNBC will also air similar documentaries on the two candidates.
