CNN: Cruz To Speak At South Carolina GOP Dinner

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) is scheduled to deliver the keynote speech at the South Carolina Republican Party’s Silver Elephant Dinner in May, CNN reported Tuesday. 

Past speakers have included Ronald Reagan, John McCain, Newt Gingrich and Marco Rubio, CNN noted, indicating that Cruz’s appearance signals he intends to be involved in the 2016 election in one way or another.
