Clinton: A Romney Presidency Would Be ‘Calamitous’ For ‘The World’

There was no worries about Bill Clinton going off President Obama’s campaign message at a joint fundraiser in New York Monday night. From the official White House pool report:

Pool missed the first quotes from President Clinton, who praised POTUS and said that "the alternative would be in my opinion calamitous for our country and the world".
 Clinton was widely perceived as veering from Obama's attack message on Romney's record as an executive when he recently said Romney had a "sterling" career at Bain Capital.
