Pretty much every reputable news source is now reporting that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie won’t run for president. The latest GOP darling scheduled a news conference for 1 p.m. ET in Trenton, New Jersey, where he is expected to officially declare one way or another.
ABC’s Jon Karl reports that Chris Christie is not running for president. National Review reports Christie isn’t running. CNN’s John King and MSNBC also report that Christie won’t run. And if there was any doubt, the paper of record, the New York Times, reports that Christie won’t run.
