Carney: Congress’ Results ‘Haven’t Been Particularly Stellar’

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney responded Monday to House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-OH) comment this weekend that Congress ought to be judged not “by how many new laws we create” but “how many laws we repeal.”

“Either way you judge, the results haven’t been particularly stellar,” Carney told reporters at his daily press briefing.
