California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) isn’t sweating a small radio ad placed by Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) in the Golden State that is encouraging businesses to relocate to Texas because of what it calls a harsh tax environment.

“It’s not a serious story, guys,” Brown told reporters on Tuesday, according to the Sacramento Bee. “It’s not a burp. It’s barely a fart.”

“If they want to get in the game, let them spend $25 million on radio and television,” Brown added. “Then I’ll take them seriously.”

In the ad, Perry says California business are better off in the Lone Star state where they can find “low taxes” and “sensible regulations.” The ad buy is reportedly about $24,000.
