Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) said Tuesday he’s “pleased” the Supreme Court has decided to take up Obamacare’s birth control mandate and he’s “hopeful” the justices will overturn it.

“I’m pleased the Supreme Court has decided to address this important issue,” he said in a statement. “Faith-based employers, including Catholic charities, schools, universities, and hospitals, should not be forced to provide services that contradict their faith.  The administration’s mandate is an attack on religious freedom, and I’m hopeful it will be reversed by the Court.”
