A Jindal administration official complained that the Obama administration “wasn’t being flexible to work with the states to make it work for us.”
The Department of Health and Human Services also confirmed to the paper that Jindal pulled his request for funds under the Affordable Care Act’s Community First Choice program, which would increase federal matching funds for home care providers.
Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R), another outspoken opponent of Obamacare, is also seeking funds under the Community First Choice program.
