Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday adjusted his campaign stump speech after the Romney campaign seized upon a comment made earlier in the day, in which he said the middle class had been “buried” in the last four years.
“The middle class was buried by the policies that Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney supported,” Biden said, at a campaign event in Asheville, North Carolina on Tuesday
