In a largely ad-libbed speech, Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) mocked Mitt Romney’s claim that he improved Massachusetts’ economy as governor as a leap of the imagination.

“It turns out our govenror was Mitt Romney,” he said. “What we should have had was ‘Myth’ Romney. ‘Myth’ Romney is a wonderful private sector executive when he moves into the public sector can transform it. I was that was the governor.”
