Mitt Romney with a bit of breathing space. Romney gets 22 percent in the ARG poll, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) sees 17 percent support, former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum gets 16, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has 15 percent. The rest of the field is in single digits.
