A newly released poll by American Research Group (ARG) shows Mitt Romney continuing to soar over his rivals in New Hampshire.

The former Massachusetts Governor has 40% in the Granite State. Jon Huntsman, who skipped Iowa in an attempt to make a stronger stand in New Hampshire, is in second place, but far behind Romney, with 17%.

Ron Paul is hot on his heels with 16%, and the surprising Iowa surge of Rick Santorum has brought the former Pennsylvania senator to 12% in New Hampshire.

Newt Gingrich, who once held second-place in the state, is now down to 8%.
