Apple Reaches Agreement With Swiss Clock Company

After earlier threats, Apple won’t be sued for using the iconic Swiss railway clock face design as the default clock on the iPad. That’s because Apple has reached a licensing agreement with SBB, the Swiss firm that runs the railway and holds the trademark to designer Hans Hilfiker’s 1944 clock design, SBB announced on Friday.
