Online rabble rouser Barrett Brown, described in 2011 as the spokesman for the hacktivist community “Anonymous” and arrested in September for threatening the life of an FBI agent, has been issued a second indictment for “traffic[king] in stolen authentication features” by the District Attorney’s office in Northern Texas. Brown allegedly posted a link in an Internet Relay Chat to a file said to contain 5,000 stolen credit card numbers that belonged to the Stratfor intelligence company.
