An FBI agent was prompted to shoot and kill a Florida man connected to the alleged Boston Marathon bombers on Tuesday night after seeing “some sort of aggressive movement,” a law enforcement official told ABC News.
The official said that the agent felt he “was under threat” by the man identified as Ibragim Todashev, who had been questioned by authorities over his connection to Boston bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. According to the official, the agent had been conducting a “cooperative interview” with Todashev in Orlando, Fla. before the shots were fired.
