Audience measurement firm Comscore said last week that visitors to Google+ had surged to 20 million visitors from around the globe.
That number drew a lot of attention, despite the fact that it is more of an indication of interest about the service, as opposed to actual users, as Comscore pointed out itself on its blog.
Still, Andrew Lipsman, Comscore’s vice president of industry analysis, said that he’s never seen such rocket-like audience growth.
