Wednesday TPM gave you the rundown on Rick Perry’s speech from last week that literally caused pundits to ask if the Texas governor was drunk or just high on back medication.
Speaking with the San Francisco Chronicle Wednesday, Perry said the rumors are all untrue — that speech was just Perry being Perry.
