The Massachusetts Republican Party has produced another web video targeting Elizabeth Warren, tying her in unseemly fashion to the Occupy Wall Street protests – and titling the video “Matriarch of Mayhem.”

This follows a previous state GOP video, in which they went after Warren for a past statement about financial reform in which she figuratively said she had “thrown rocks” in the debate. And like the “Throw Rocks” video, the new “Matriarch of Mayhem” video uses a lot of blur effects, to create that special scary atmosphere.

In addition to a montage of individual protesters opposing capitalism, the video uses Warren’s recent quote: “I created much of the intellectual foundation for what they do,” and also another: “My first choice is a strong consumer agency…My second choice is no agency at all and plenty of blood and teeth on the floor.”

Just think: “Matriarch of Mayhem,” “Throw Rocks,” “Blood and teeth on the floor.” If Elizabeth Warren ever wants to start a heavy-metal band, the Massachusetts GOP has already provided her some great song titles.

The “blood and teeth” quote comes from a 2010 news article on the Huffington Post, in the context of the push to pass a strong financial reform bill:

While members of the Senate Banking Committee debate proposals to fix the nation’s broken financial system and ineffective approach to protecting consumers, Elizabeth Warren has one message: Pass a strong bill or nothing at all.

“My first choice is a strong consumer agency,” the Harvard Law professor and federal bailout watchdog said in an interview with the Huffington Post. “My second choice is no agency at all and plenty of blood and teeth left on the floor.”

The video also incorporates the writings of Fox News commentator and Democratic pollster Doug Schoen, who has claimed that the protesters very widely believe in the destruction of capitalism and radical redistribution of wealth — but as has been pointed out, his own poll found that only 4% said the former was their main goal, and another 4% listed the latter.
