Alan Keyes doesn’t think much of the current GOP frontrunner.
In a scathing column posted to World Net Daily, Alan Keyes takes direct aim at Herman Cain and finds him to be a poseur and the candidate who “carries more water for the Bank’s manipulative oligarchs than for the grass-roots, middle-class Americans their elitist faction has systematically despoiled.”
Keyes has long since left the GOP to run for third party presidential nominations and dabble in birtherism.
And he’s not thrilled with Cain, who’s carrying on his legacy as the ultra-conservative African American running for the presidency. Keyes questions Cain’s commitment to the pro-life movement and his ability to defend the Constitution against perceived constant attacks from the left.
“Gale-force winds are blowing from quarters determined to bring the Constitution down…Herman Cain’s professed beliefs are not deeply rooted or thought through enough to stand strong against the storm. He falls far short of being the person the nation needs in the White House to help us do so.”
