Delinquent

It turns out that one of the two New Jersey men arrested on their way to join the jihad in Somalia had an apparent history of violence. Mohamed Mahmood Alessa was placed “on home instruction” three months after starting high school at North Bergen High School in 2004 because school authorities thought he represented a danger to staff and other students. He was taught off-site with a security guard present.

Keep in mind this would have been when he was fourteen. It confirms me to some degree in my thoughts about this from yesterday.
