Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum is making more moves toward a possible run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, bringing on a strategist to head Santorum’s PAC in New Hampshire.

John DiStaso of the Union-Leader writes that “Mike Biundo, the veteran Manchester conservative political strategist who guided Frank Guinta’s campaigns for mayor of the state’s largest city and then for the U.S. House” will be brought on as director of the state branch of Santorum’s America Foundation PAC.

Santorum will make his eighth visit in a year to the state next week, DiStaso reports, which will include an appearance at an event by former Senate candidate Ovide LaMontagne’s PAC.
