The good news for Virginia Republican gubernatorial nominee Bob McDonnell just keeps getting better. A pair of new polls out today show McDonnell’s already large lead over Democratic nominee Creigh Deeds has grown even larger as the hours tick down to tomorrow’s vote.
The latest numbers from Public Policy Polling (D) show McDonnell leading by 14. SurveyUSA’s newest numbers show McDonnell’s lead at 18 points.
In the last PPP poll, published October 27, McDonnell led by 15. The last SurveyUSA poll, published the same day, showed him with a 17-point advantage.
