Although last week Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell told reporters that, in response to the privacy concerns of heterosexual service members, the military would consider “facility adjustments” after Don’t Ask Don’t Tell was repealed, he told Think Progress late yesterday that those adjustments would not include segregating gay and lesbian service members.

Morrell told Igor Volsky:

Morrell used the full interview to continue to push back on complaints that the design of the survey and terminology used in its questions were methodologically problematic and offensive to those in the LGBT community.
