President Obama’s appearance at a Philadelphia rally yesterday took a bizarre turn, when an unidentified attendee hurled a book at him after he made his remarks.
Things got even stranger when a naked man was arrested at the rally, reportedly as a part of a publicity stunt for a website.
Obama didn’t appear to notice the flying book, which so far has also remained unidentified.
As for the naked man, according to The Weekly Standard, it was 24-year-old Juan James Rodriguez. Apparently, billionaire Alki David said he would give $1 million money to the first person who streaked at an Obama rally within “eye-shot and ear shot of the president, they have to scream the name ‘battlecam.com’ six times, and they have to be nude,” the Standard reports.
The incidents appear to be unrelated.
