President Obama sat down with Fox News host Bill O’Reilly yesterday in a pre-taped interview that aired before the Superbowl, and O’Reilly grilled him on Egypt, health care reform, and, of course, how Obama is a “big government liberal who wants to intrude on [Americans’] personal freedom.”
“I think that a lot of folks who watch you, Bill, believe that,” Obama replied.
O’Reilly followed up: “The pundits now say you’re moving to the center to raise your approval [ratings] — is that true?” The President responded that he “didn’t move,” adding: “I’m the same guy.”
