Donald Trump continued his “I-may-or-may-not-be-running-for-President” media blitz on MSNBC Thursday, and described to host Chris Jansing how if he were to run, and be elected, he would tax everyone and everything outside of America.

“What I would be doing,” Trump said, “is, I’d be taking in hundreds of billions of dollars from other countries. As an example, we protect South Korea. Why aren’t they paying us? We have thousands of troops in European countries. Thousands. Tens of thousands of troops. If we’re protecting countries why aren’t they paying for it?”

He continued: “I would tax China because they are manipulating the currency. They are taking all of our jobs. China is an absolute abuser of the United States. They have no respect for our leadership. They are an absolute abuser. I would tax China. We would take in hundreds of billions of dollars.”

Trump also said he won’t announce any potential decision on the the Presidency until June, but “there’s a very, very good chance I could say yes, because I just don’t like what’s happening to the country.”

“The problem with this country,” Trump continued, “is we have too much diplomacy. We have diplomats negotiating trade deals with Japan, with India, with Mexico, with China. And you know what a diplomat is? It’s somebody who is trained to be nice.”

“I think we have too much diplomacy and not enough straight talk,” he added.
