Here’s the latest in the ongoing back-and-forth over John Boehner’s comparison of financial reform to “killing an ant with a nuclear weapon”: The House Minority Leader said today that President Obama spends a lot of time “whining.”
Boehner’s been attacked quite a bit this week for his remarks on financial reform, most notably by Obama at a town hall yesterday. “He can’t be that out of touch,” the President said.
At a press conference today, Boehner fired back: “For someone who asked to be held to a higher standard, President Obama spends an awful lot of time making excuses and whining about others.”
