After declining to join Rev. Al Green in singing “Let’s Stay Together” at a fundraiser tonight in California, President Obama did leave open the possibility of working together in the future.
Said the Prez: “I took a chance at the Apollo and I’m not going to take a chance again. After reelection, I might go on tour…be his opening act. I don’t want to lose any further votes because of my singing voice.”
