Justice David Prosser, the one who just won that heated Supreme Court race in Wisconsin, is now being accused of getting into a physical altercation with another justice over the recent decision to reinstate the Gov. Walker’s anti-collective bargaining bill. Allegedly, during the incident he ended up with both hands around the neck of Justice Ann Walsh Bradley.
Both Prosser and Bradley have declined to comment on the alleged incident.
