Ceasefire?

The Libyan government is saying this morning that it will abide by last night’s UN resolution calling for a ceasefire. I don’t think there’s any reason to take such a claim at face value. The actions of pro-Qaddafi forces over the coming hours will tell the real story. I assume NATO has enough surveillance assets over and in Libya right now that Western governments will know in short order whether Qaddafi is actually abiding by what he claims is an immediate truce.
