What most people don’t realize, and I have a hard time believing in retrospect, is that every page of TPM was hand-coded in html from scratch from 2000-2003. At first, I wasn’t aware of any publishing platforms. And I was pretty good with coding. And finally I was convinced to switch to Movable Type.
