Outlier? Trend?

There has been a flood of new polls over the last few days showing Barack Obama shaving Hillary Clinton's Pennsylvania lead down to the mid-single digits. But SurveyUSA -- the robopoll outfit which has had a strong record this cycle -- has a new poll out this morning showing Clinton back to an18 points lead.
