Poll: Rudy Down to Third in Florida

So much for Rudy's late primary strategy.
A new Rasmussen poll has him at 19% in Florida, behind Mike Huckabee's 27% and Mitt Romney's 23%.
If Rudy's not going to make his stand in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, or Florida, what's he banking on?
